As a comprehensive planner, he gets to know the entirety of a client situation before making recommendations to align their resources with their goals.

Steve is a born educator and enjoys the opportunity to teach financial concepts. He speaks throughout the community on a wide variety of financial topics, helping educate the public about better stewardship of their financial resources.

Within the financial services industry, Steve has earned recognition among the best in his profession. He is a member of the prestigious Top of the Table in the Million Dollar Roundtable-a worldwide organization. In addition, Steve has attended his Broker/Dealer’s [Chairman’s Club], is a member of the Premier Resource Group, and was the first recipient of its highest honor, the Aiming High Award. Steve is also an active member in the East Bay Financial Planning Association.

Through serving the community, and helping people prepare their financial lives, Steve is able to do what he loves best; help people secure their financial futures while improving the community around us.

Steve makes community service a professional and personal priority. He was instrumental in forming the Summit Charity Golf Tournament which raises money for a different local charity each year. He also serves locally in the Rotary Club of San Ramon, is on the Board of Directors for Leadership San Ramon Valley, and was named San Ramon’s Business Person of the year in 2011.

Steve Wilcox is an Investment Advisor Representative and Registered Representative with Securian Financial Services, Inc. Steve is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional and has acquired his ChFC® (Chartered Financial Consultant) and CFS (Certified Fund Specialist) designations. Steve also holds a California Life license #0B31456, a Long Term Care license, and Series 63 & 7 securities registrations.

He loves golf, travel, and coaching youth sports. Steve, his wife Sharon, sons Christopher and Colton, and his daughter Shelby are proud to call Danville home.
