Regional Planning Day on April 11th includes a field trip to the former Concord Naval Weapons Station for a tour of the ReUse Project by the Director of Community Reuse Planning for the City of Concord, Guy Bjerke.

The afternoon will include a discussion about the regional planning impact on local government with respect to housing and transportation with Lauren Barr, from the City of San Ramon’s Planning Division, Clayton City Councilmember Amy Worth representing the Metropolitan Transportation Committee, and Orinda City Councilmember Julie Pierce representing the Association of Bay Area Governments, followed by the Casa Monte City Council Meeting/Public Hearing role-play activity.
