Ann Lucena

Ann Lucena is the Chief Executive Officer of San Ramon Regional Medical Center, a 123-bed acute care hospital that provides award-winning inpatient, outpatient and emergency care to the residents of the Tri-Valley. Ann previously served as the Chief of Staff for the President of Hospital Operations at Tenet Healthcare, a large healthcare system with over one hundred thousand employees that operates 68 hospitals in 11 states across the US.

Before joining Tenet, Ann did investment banking in New York, healthcare consulting in San Francisco, human resources at Google, and television production at ABC News. She earned her undergraduate degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Ann has been included in the San Francisco Business Times’ lists of “Bay Area’s Most Influential Women in Business” and “40 under 40.” She is a proud graduate of the Leadership San Ramon Valley where she served as the Vice Mayor of the class of 2013. She is honored to serve on the LSRV Board of Directors.
