Randall Diamond

Randall Diamond is a graduate from Leadership San Ramon Valley’s Class of 2015 (“the best class ever”). He is an avid community volunteer with positions for both the City of Danville and Contra Costa County. In Danville, Randall has been on the Parks & Leisure Services Commission since 2010 and is an advocate for community wellbeing and the tiny flourishes that make Danville’s facilities special. On the Contra Costa Mosquito & Vector Control District, Randall has served as President and sits on the Executive Committee where he’s focused efforts on long-term sustainability of the District’s mission and its strong financial position. Other community work includes the Boy Scouts of America, CERT, participation in the Danville Citizen’s Police Academy, and former President of Glenview Swim Club.

Randall is the founder of Abundantly, an HR technology firm that provides employee recognition solutions to companies who want to ensure their workforce knows hard work is noticed and that it matters as organizations seek to deliver the best work experience possible.

Randall feels incredibly fortunate to have purchased the home in Danville where he grew up from his father in 2018. In that childhood home, he and his wife of 13 years, Katie, are raising their son, Jack (16), and their daughter, Penelope (10). When he’s not learning to solve the Rubik’s cube or spending time backpacking in the Sierras, he’s often trying out the latest research-based parenting strategies with his kids (to their chagrin!).
