Dominique Yancey is a deputy district attorney with the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office. She received her B.A. in history from the University of Washington and J.D. from McGeorge School of Law. Dominique has been a prosecutor for 27 years and is currently assigned to the Richmond Office supervising felony cases. In 2004, she was appointed to the San Ramon Parks and Community Services Commission; was Chairperson in 2007 and 2012.
Dominique is a member of the Board of Directors of Leadership San Ramon Valley as well as a member of the San Ramon Valley Rotary, San Ramon Valley Exchange Club, 100 Club, Sheriff’s Posse, Dublin San Ramon Women’s Club and San Ramon Historic Foundation. Dominique is a member of the Parent Advisory Council for the University of Alabama and has been Chairperson of the American Heart Association’s Heart of Gold Ball as well as the California Symphony Ball. Dominique lives in San Ramon with her husband Dan. Their daughter Danielle is a sophomore at the University of Alabama. She has lived in San Ramon for 22 years.
