An essential characteristic of the well-rounded leader is an appreciation for the place of arts and culture in today’s society. This day will be spent at The Front Row Theater in San Ramon. We will explore the role of the arts in the community.
Chevron has graciously hosted this Leadership class for many years, and we are very appreciative of their continued support. Day Chairs: Robert Combs (lead), Bill Clarkson, Shelley Despotakis, and Vicki Harris Class participants: please be prompt (or early) as you must check in at the security desk and this can take some time. Directions to Chevron Park from Route 680: Exit 680 at Bollinger Canyon Road, East. Follow Bollinger Canyon a short distance to the Chevron Park sign. Turn into the complex and drive to the left of the guard station. You need not stop there. Turn right and right again into Parking Lot 1, 2 or 3. Enter Building A and ask for “Leadership” at the security desk. Your name will be on a security list. Reminder: You MUST have your photo ID with you.
This session begins at the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District Board Room, where we will meet to pick up a “to-go” breakfast and review the day’s objectives. We will leave promptly at 8:30 am for the tour of the Concord Naval Weapons Station redevelopment site via bus.
