Alicia Santamaria, Founder and CEO of Bay Area-based Adelante Caching + Consulting will facilitate the Strengths-based Leadership part of the first class. Her mission is to facilitate people, teams, and organizations forward (¡adelante!). She holds credentials as both a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach as well as an M.A. in Communication.

She is a team coach, group facilitator, and trainer in the areas of strengths-based development, collaboration, communication, conflict management, psychological safety, organizational mindfulness and leadership development. 

Alicia partners collaboratively with her clients to customize learning and development experiences that are relevant, valuable, engaging, and deliver results. She brings a strength-based approach to team and leadership development through the use of Gallup’s CliftonStrengths assessment tool.
